Our manufacturing shop floor is a huge area comprising of various kinds of machines for different parts manufactured by us.
These include the state of the art CNC Turning Centers, Vertical Machining centers and various Grinding and lapping machines.
These state of the art CNC machines ensure our part accuracy’s for machining to the last micron.
For parts that have to be Reverse Engineered. Trident follows an in-house development plan called as the ‘BEAS” system. (Batch Engine Approval System). The first step for the system is making drawings for a particular part on highly sophisticated CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine). CMM gives dimensional readouts and its accuracy are to almost 0.0025 microns (0.0001”). After Drawings are made then the Original Equipment samples are tested for raw material, hardness to find out for any heat treatment operations for the part.

After this a batch of 50 components is machined to the drawing specifications. These 50 components are then 100% dimensionally inspected to drawing tolerances and reports for every particular part made by numbering these 50 components.
Then these 50 parts go for actual field testing on the engine. Once the part is end approved on the engine along with the life cycle of the parts matching or exceeding OEM parts. These drawing are finalized for future production orders.
Precision Fuel Injection parts for Injectors and Fuel pumps like Barrel & Plungers, Governer Plungers and are final class matched to each other in controlled temperature rooms with electronic display equipment’s.

All new injectors are assembled and tested 100% for delivery before final part number etching and packing.
