We now specialize into various types of G-Rotor pumps & Internal moving Spur Gear Oil pumps for various Engines worldwide.
Our large infrastructure of various machines makes processing & manufacturing of these very critical pumps.

Our In-house machinery for pump manufacturing includes:
Machining Centers
Turning Centers
Gear Hobbing & Shaving Machines
Grinding Machines

All pump housings are machined on Machining centers & other parts likes shafts, gears required for almost all pumps are turned on Turning center’s.
All Gears are Hobbed & some times Shaved in-house before going for heat treatment and back for finish grinding on grinding machines.

All Pumps are subject to 100% Flow & Pressure testing on various test rigs. These test rigs make the same fitment conditions as on the actual engine for the pump. However the pumps are subject to the most severe condition while testing on the rig. A condition which actually rarely occurs during working of the pump, on the engine
Only after every single pump passes the test on the testing rig, They are individually packed for final dispatch to our customers.
