Our manufacturing shop floor is a huge area comprising of various kinds of machines for different parts manufactured by us. These include the state of the art CNC Turning Centers, Vertical Machining centers and various Grinding and lapping machines.
Various parts like shafts, plungers, barrels & injector cups are precision turned on our CNC turning centers and go on various machines for further operations. The Plungers are heat treated and then precision ground on STUDER Grinding machines.
The Injector cups are heat treated and then processed on EDM machines for EDM Hole Drilling to precision sizes and angle for the spray holes before going on Kohler for finish Cone grinding.
The Injector Barrels & the pump housings are machined on the best HAAS make of our Vertical Machining Centers after which the barrels are heat treated and go for precision final honing operations before being class matched with the plungers.
Precision Fuel Injection parts for Injectors and Fuel pumps like Barrel & Plungers, Governer Plungers and are final class matched to each other in controlled temperature rooms with electronic display equipment’s. Which need manufacturing and inspection techniques to measure least counts of 0.00001”
All new injectors are assembled and tested 100% for delivery before final part number etching and packing.
Thus an In-house developed manufacturing system right from Drawing and parts approval ensures the highest quality parts for our customers.
